Sablefish is the “cream of the crop”. Many people think it is the most delicious fish available. In Many locations and cultures it is known as “Butterfish”. It is also known as black cod. Sablefish is an extremely healthy fish:
Low in mercury
High in Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA
Rich in nutrients like vitamin B12

HALIBUT
Halibut has long been a delicious favorite. Taste alone is enough to make anyone buy this fish. The fact that it is packed with nutrients and has so many health benefits is a bonus! Halibut is packed with selenium, isoleucine, lysine, tryptophan, protein, vitamin B, magnesium... just to name a few. Halibut also has a high content of Omega-3 fatty acids and is also a sustainably caught fish.
